There are lots of exciting developments here at St Luke's... read on for more details !!

Welcome to our new school website!

As you can see, St Luke's has a new school website.  Please take a good look around and let us know what you think.  We hope that along with our school APP, the website will be a place that communicates information about your child's learning and the school environment.  We hope you find it an easy site to use, it is mobile friendly and can also be viewed on your tablet and desktop.  The site contains a vast amount of invaluable information and resources to help your child's learning.  We hope you like it!

St Luke's Room of Wonders

Have you heard?  We have created an AMAZING 'Room of Wonders' here at St Luke's - it's aim is to inspire your child's imagination with it's immersive learning environment.  It has to be seen to be appreciated.  Click here for a quick peek into our 'Room of Wonders'.  We hope your child has already told you about it - we have had a great response from the children so far and it has already inspired some beautiful creative work.  If you would like to take a look at the room, please come along to the school office this Friday for viewings from 3.30pm to 4pm.

Governors

We still have a number of vacancies for Governors on our School Governing Body.  If you, or someone you know, might be interested in becoming a governor or finding out more about the role and all it entails; please come and see Mrs Armistead or Lucy Ellis (Chair of Governors).

Testimonials

It’s a lovely community. We all feel like a part of St Luke’s family. My child loves her teachers and knows other members of staff. It’s lovely to walk into school and people know my child’s name and always say hello to her, even teachers from other classes or Mrs Armistead.

Parent

I know when I drop my kids off they are happy and safe and they both enjoy their time in school.

Parent

Thank you for not only teaching my daughter but also caring for her. She’s really happy at school and is making great progress in all areas of learning.

Parent

The staff have been so supportive of my child with Special Educational Needs. They are amazing and it makes me confident that my daughter is well looked after and if she has any problems they will help.

Parent of a child with SEND

The Reception Open Day really showed the school in a good light. The Headteacher showed us round and knew all of the pupil’s names. All of the children we met were friendly and polite but more importantly they were all smiling whilst learning.

Prospective Parent

Teachers are very helpful, friendly and approachable
